All spiritual paths are sacred.
There is no right or wrong way to embark upon a spiritual way of life. We turn towards a spiritual
existence for a great many reasons and as we are all unique beings, with personal thoughts, feelings
and perspectives, it makes sense that our journey towards a spiritual life must also be unique.
There are many terms used in connection with spirituality including:
Awakening
Enlightenment
Metaphysics
Meditation
Mysticism
Space
Universe etc
But a spiritual journey can take on many forms. For some people, it’s a time of great contemplation.
For others, it’s a time to delve into the philosophy of spirituality or perhaps to join groups and find
connections with others who are all looking for something special outside of their mainstream lives
