1.Once registered go to the members menu and select Login Logout option, once the login Logout page opens click the login button and enter the details you signed up with.
2. After logging in the members menu at the top of the screen (or if on mobile the hamburger menu) will show more options to access things such as your profile, forum, activity, messages and so on. These are not accessible by anyone but registered members.
You can use the lost password option if you have forgot, this is why your email address must be correct. After 5 login attempts your account will be locked out for a few minutes, please wait and it will be unlocked shortly. This is done to prevent brute force attacks and spamming.
